UV DTF Film Transfer Process
Follow these concise steps—printed, cured, laminated, and applied—to achieve vibrant, durable transfers on rigid surfaces without a heat press.
1. Prepare Artwork: Design with CMYK + White + Varnish channels.
2. Print (Film A): Print White, Color, and Varnish on Film A with UV curing.
3. Laminate (Film B): Laminate Film B over the printed Film A to protect the design.
4.Cut & Peel A: Cut out the design and peel off Film A (Backing).
5. Apply & Press: Stick to the surface and press firmly to remove bubbles.
6. Peel Film B: Carefully peel off Film B to reveal the final 3D print.
